Create a customer account with IMOTANA.
Use the same email address as for Verifyt. -
Go to your IMOTANA customer account.

Step 1:
Get the Verified Scan app
⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must download the app using one of these buttons for us to access your 3D scan. PLEASE DO NOT go to the App Store to search for the app manually. Otherwise, we will not be able to access your 3D scan.
Step 2:
Scan your feet
Open the Verifyt app and scan your feet.
You can easily scan your feet yourself or ask a friend to scan your feet for you.
Here's what you need to do after the scan:

Create an account in the app
Please be sure to use the same email address that you will use for your customer account in our online shop. -
Save the scan in the default profile.
Please do not create any additional profiles in the app, as we only have access to your default profile.
Step 3:
Create an account at IMOTANA
You can do this directly here: Create an account
After creating your account, please click on "Upload now" in your customer account. You will then be taken to a short questionnaire where you can upload feedback about your current shoes.
You can give us the following feedback.
- Your current model
- Your current size
- How does the fit feel?
⚠️IMPORTANT:
Please scan your feet before filling out the questionnaire.
Step 4:
Go to your IMOTANA customer account
Once you have filled out the questionnaire and completed your scan, our algorithm can calculate your size.
You will now always find these stored in your customer account .
